Prints can only be refunded or returned if they were received damaged. If you have any issues with your order, please email me at christinagineris@gmail.com

Processing & prep time

Orders will be shipped within 4-7 business day of placement of order. Canvas prints will arrive stretched and ready for hanging. Canvas prints are packaged with care in custom corrugated boxes. Paper prints are packaged with care in a heavy duty reinforced tube. Shipping time will vary.

US Shipping

Standard shipping rates are a flat rate of $9.99 for paper art prints. For canvas art prints shipping is $19.99. Shipping is UPS Standard, FedEx, or USPS. If you would like expedited shipping, please email me at christinagineris@gmail.com. Shipping for larger original artworks is $250. If you are local in San Diego, please email me at christinagineris@gmail.com to arrange a pick up for free shipping.

All delivery costs include packing and postage. The shipping cost is calculated as a flat rate for each differently sized artwork.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

Shipping internationally

Unfortunately, I am not shipping outside of the US at this time. Please contact me at christinagineris@gmail.com if you are outside of the US and would like to place a special order.
